Our home staging services combine strategy and design to position your home for a stronger sale. We don’t stage to fill rooms. We stage to create clarity, balance, and intention — allowing buyers to immediately understand and connect with the space.
Every decision is deliberate. Every room is considered. The result is a home that feels elevated, inviting, and ready for its next story.
First impressions form in seconds. Buyers make emotional decisions before they’ve consciously registered what they’re feeling. Design-forward staging creates clarity, connection, and a sense of ease that generic furniture placement cannot achieve.
We bring a designer’s eye to every staged space — considering flow, proportion, light, and the story a room tells from the moment you enter it.
A focused consultation and detailed plan to guide updates, layout, and styling prior to listing.
Staging of select, high-impact areas to create a strong first impression and elevate the overall feel of the home.
A complete interior transformation designed to create a cohesive, elevated presentation throughout the home.
A fully elevated presentation of the home, extending beyond the interior to enhance first impression and overall perceived value.
“After six months on the market, Leslie staged my condo listing. She transformed the space quickly, resulting in an almost immediate premium offer and successful sale. A comparable unstaged unit next door is still sitting on the market more than a year later.”— Residential Sales Associate, Remax
Do you offer full-service and partial staging?
Yes. Our staging services range from a focused consultation and planning session to a complete interior transformation — and everything in between. Whether you need a few key spaces staged or a full presentation prepared for market, we have an approach that fits your home and timeline.
Can you work with furnishings I already own?
Absolutely. Some of our best results come from combining what a client already has with thoughtfully chosen additions. We’ll assess what works, what can be repositioned or restyled, and where a few new pieces will make the most impact — without replacing things that don’t need to be replaced.
Can you help source furnishings at different price points?
Yes. Great design is about knowing where to invest and where to simplify — not simply spending more. We work across a range of budgets and are skilled at identifying where quality makes the biggest difference and where a more accessible option serves the space just as well.
How far in advance should I contact you before listing?
Ideally two to four weeks before your target listing date — enough time to plan thoughtfully and execute without rushing. That said, we understand timelines shift. If you’re working with a tighter window, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How do I get started?
Simply reach out with a few details about your home, your timeline, and your goals. If you have photos of the property — especially any spaces you’d like to prioritize — those are always helpful. We’ll connect to discuss the best approach and take it from there.
We’ll review your inquiry and be in touch within 48 hours.
Every project is different, and we approach each one with fresh eyes. Share the details that feel relevant — we’ll take it from there.
